Checking Password Format

Question

Hi,

I am inserting the registration details in the database. In this, Password format is in the format of "Hello@123" (Uppercase, Lowercase, Special Character, Numbers). when i login into the form, if i am giving the format like "hello@123" it allows that password. But it doesn't take "hello@123" it takes only "Hello@123". How to achieve this?
