Checked in but being edited and checked out exclusively to

Question

Hi All,

This issue is related to SharePoint 2013. I have added a 'content editor webpart' to my Home page. But when i do CHECK OUT and EDIT to Home page, i am getting the below error message.

Message: "Checked in but being edited and checked out exclusively".

 

In CEWebpart , the closing button and downward arrow mark is not appearing. Just two arrow's are appearing. Please help.
