checkBox Event getting automatically triggered

Question

Hi,

I am working on a silverlight Project which is of MVVM architecture where i have written checkBox event in View. The main purpose of this checkbox is to insert 1 or 0 into database when it is checked and unchecked. But the main problem arises here where in that page if i click on any button or if the page reloads the checkBox is automatically checked and it is inserting 1. How to get rid of this problem? I want your valuable suggestions.
