checkbox checked inside grid view then open popup .net c#

Question

hii,

 i have nested grid view and when i check header check box then checked all check box and then uncheck all check box uncheck this is work properly but i want when 

 

i checked header check box then checked all check box and open a popup with one text box,

 

and when  i don't checked header check box but i will  checked manually check box 

 

i.e. if i check two check box then open popup but add two text box

 

i.e

 

when i checked header check box then open popup only one text box

 

but when not checked header but check multiple check box then add multiple text box
