checkbox checked event inside gridview in ajax tabpanel

I am using ajax tabpanel for two tabs and i am having grdview in there two differebt tabls. In these gridview i am having checkboxes when i am working on my local copy checkchanged event is working fine but after uploding it to vps it goes to GenericErrorPage page. i am unable to find what exctly problem is.
