Checkboboxlist

Question

If I select classstandard in class combobox its correspoding subjects  should display in subject combobox
and when this subjectcombobox item   selected its branch should display in the branchcombobox.

Once I select the item in  branchcombobox all its chapters should display in chaptercheckboxlist1 and
when I select chaptercheckboxlist1 that chapters containing questions should display in another checkboxlist
How to do this using windows form application c#  with Access database
