Changing row color of the gridview

Question

Hi,
  I am developing an application in that sales manager,admin,sales engineer and user are handling the application. when sales coordinator opens the order details through gridview it will show all the details id he/she felt like any defected details in that sales coordinator will mark that particular rows by changing the row color and sales coordinator not having the authority to delete these details. After this Admin will opens the sales order details at the time he should see the color changed rows and he is having authority to delete. Please anyone help me regarding this using asp.net.
