Changing from Webforms to Dot net Core ? Help Post !!

I'm currently doing my project on webforms...recently due to the vast majority changes to the technology my company has stated to change to dotnet core My company project is 14 years old...How can We manage those webforms to dot net core....will we write code from scratch or is there any idea to simply transfer and add the features after migrating..
