Change properties In Windows Sys

Question

Hi
At frist i want to get the color of Status bar in users system and then change it with coding in windowsForm(i meant: right click in desktop>Property Window>Appearence> tab>Color Schema i need to change this color but i don't know the root of it in Registery)
