Certifications for experienced .Net developers

Question

Hi All,

 

I have 10 years of experience in .Net. I want to do the certification to boost my career. I had some suggestions from the web references but all are with some if and but. The suggestions are 

• AWS
• Azure
• Scrum Master
• PMP
• Big Data 

Now I am confused which one I should do or should I need to do some of them in a sequence. Please help me and advice me.
