Fault phenomenon
Slight shaking and loud noise of engine, acceleration badness, exhaust pipe has little black smoke, MIL not on

Fault checking analysis:
Because this vehicle has electronically controlled high pressure common rail systems, it needs some advanced electronic tools to quickly and effectively deal with the engine system faults. Such as: digital multimeter, decoder, oscilloscopes and other electronic tools. Isuzu 6HK1E3S engine maintenance provides user with internationally accepted testing interface, the detection interface is generally under lower left, right corner of instrument panel or near the fuse holder. Shanghai Sunlong Automobile detection interface is installed close to fuse holder, shown in Figure 1-1. According to detection interface vehicle configured with, select electronic detection tools (such as Fcar diagnostic scanner), first connect Fcar scanner main unit with main testing cable, other end connecting with vehicle detection interface, as shown in Figure 1-2. Turn the ignition switch to ON gear or start the engine, switch on Fcar scanner main unit power switch to start the main unit, select in sequence on Fcar scanner:
Diesel cars - Sunlong bus-V5.5-6HK1E3S first read fault, see the electronic control system with or without current or historical fault codes, Fcar scanner display "system normal" consistent with MIL result on the instrument, indicating this fault may have two causes: 1, the fault is mechanical failure, 2, the failure is a comprehensive failure, need to analyze according to running data of vehicle. First, to rule out mechanical failure, check the engine oil tank exhaust volume is normal, water tank no water shortages, but according to engine operating conditions to analyze the engine does have a fault exists, mechanical parts, no problem, electronic control system no fault code, then such faults belongs to comprehensive faults. Namely electronic control system components cannot monitor work abnormal (fault code trigger condition is not met, but affect the normal operation of the engine).For components that cannot be monitored by electronic control system, running condition of each component can be known through checking data stream and function test on diagnostic scanner. After the engine starts, select read data stream on Fcar scanner menu, read data stream shown in Table 1-1.
