Career in Microsoft technologies.

This is Abhishek Chauhan ,putting up from NEW Delhi and i have done with my post graduation in software engineering.Besides that I want to make a career in Microsoft technologies i.e. Navision, CRM but its hard too find jobs for this profile as navision developer.I am quite good in C# and C basics , honestly i do have theoritical knowledge along with some practical. i eager to know how can i find jobs regarding this profile around delhi/ncr or gurgaon area  and can you suggest me what else should i have to pay attention towards interview of C# and .net.
