Career as a Tech Lead

Question

I have completed MCSD Web Application in Jun 2016 month. I have 6.3 years of experience and in current company working since 5.6 years. I am working on ASP.NET web form with c# and SQL Server. I am working in all phases of development. I am responsible for analysis and design, creating database design, code review and guiding team sometimes coding. I have team of 6 developers. i am working as BA, Tech Lead, Architect as you know in small company need to work on everything from design to deployment. I am looking to change my current company and looking good mnc company as a tech lead. Please suggest me which technology should I prepare to get good position and good salary. currently i am getting 12.6 lpa. and what should I expect as salary growth.
