career advice or suggestion regarding job leave?

i am a computer science graduate, and i currently working in a textile company as a software developer and my responsibilities are .NET, C#, SQL SERVER , CRYSTAL REPORT.. where ever i go for interview every one ask about mvc ,asp, jquery etc experience .. so what should i do,, go for intersnhip , search jobs again or leave current job ?? because i did not see any growth here ..
