Career Advice

Question

I am having 8 years of total IT exp out of which around 4 yrs in .Net, few in production support and rest is oracle.In my currently in my current company due to lack of projects in .net, i am working in Oracle DBA related work for last 1 and half years. But inspite of of having such a big exp level, I am unable to crack interviews of my experience level in .Net as i hardly have good architecture and design level knowledge needed at this level. Also, i am not well versed with LINQ and MVC and most of the organizations are asking for people with MVC experience. What i must do to get a new job in .Net into the Tech lead level. I am not getting the chance to work on it either in my organization in .Net technology as we dont have any projects in this technology and i want to change. I dont know how should I move in my career.
