Capture image by webcam and store it in binary format in sql Server

i want to capture image by webcam and store it in binary format in sql server database and then i want to display that image on crystal report. how to do it. ?

can any one help to do this with demo or example.

below is my code to convert image control's image into binary and store in db.
var WebClient = new WebClient();
  byte[] imgbytes = WebClient.DownloadData(image);

  MemoryStream ms = new MemoryStream();
  byte[] imgtobinary = new byte[ms.Length];
  ms.Position = 0;
  ms.Read(imgtobinary, 0, (int)ms.Length);
  ms.Read(imgtobinary,0, imgtobinary.Length);
cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@V_IMAGE", imgtobinary);

sir my image is coming from webcam on image control i have not used any file upload control. i'm stuck in this confusion how to convert image control's image in binary and store it in database and display in crystal report.?

i have tried this all example but not working in my application.
my application work is
1) capture image by webcam crop it and upload it to parent page.
2) save record and image in binary format.
3) print record on crystal report with image when press save button.
4) all part done but image convertion in binary is still not done.
