Capture and image from Windows form

I am drawing on a a form, this form is only for drawing my objects. I want to capture those object in one image and save it as .gif The problem I faced was and I save the image, and then try to view it on IE or open it with any image viewer the image doesn't appear??!!!! can anyone help me with this?!! give me an advice of how to save images from my drawings Thanks :0)
