Cant See the Crystal Report in Visual studio 2012

Question

I have installed visual studio 2012 ultimate and downloaded the SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio SP5 - MSI (64bit). (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-35074). Also downloaded and istalled Microsoft Report viewer 2012 runtime. Now I ran my previous applications it raises exceptions i.e CrystalDecisions.Shared.SharedUtils' threw an exception.
 
and i cant see the tools like report viewer,, in add new item i cant see the .rpt file to add.
please help me to solve this issue...
