Can't Re-size WinForm Image and Icon

Question

Hi eveyone,
Can you please let me know how I can change winform Icon and Images size? I have imported a pictureBox into the From and I add an image using the System.Drawing.Bitmap.
I see the Size attributes under Image property like the PhysicalDimention and Size (width and Height)but they looks like grayed out and I can not change them.
Same thing is happeing with Form icon, I add the ico file using the Icon property but both size attributes are fixed on 32.
