Can't access the file. It might be in use .. Zune software error

Question

When I tried to login to Zune Software, getting the following error. I checked Zune website.

Can't access the file. It might be in use, you might not be able to access the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might be incorrect.






This is annoying why Microsoft can't fix this kind of minor problems?
