Hi,
Today, I changed permissions for Style library to inherit permissions from the root and things broke.
People are not able to access the site anymore. Even though I can see different group has permissions.
I checked different blogs and found that it might be that Style Resource Readers need to be added with read permissions. I stopped inheriting permissions for this list and added read permissions for this group.
I included NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users, Everyone in the group and gave read permissions to Style Resource Readers but it's still not working.
I also added another group: Restricted Readers (but there are no users in the group) with read permissions.
Also, it works on Chrome for me, but when i open in IE it throws an authentication error.
Few of my users are able to access the site (through chrome) and some are not. Which is really weird.
Any suggestions on how to solve this problem. Thanks a lot for your help.
