cannot find one or more components sql server 2012

I am getting error when i open sql server managment studi 2012 i have tried hundreds of tricks non of them works i have uninstall all programs and install again still not work like VS2010 uninstall , .NET framework uninstall

and SQL SERVER 2012 Management studio Uninstall
