Cannot access web reference .

Hi All,
I am new to website development. I am facing a problem and cannot get a solution for that.
I have hosted my website using "https" protocol , my website needs to access certain web reference's which are hosted by another application using "http" protocol. I cannot access these web references. I am securing all my controller in MVC website using [RequireHttps] method.
