cannot access to site administration after server rename.

Question

Hi,

I have setup a sharepoint 2010 server and created all my sites and webpages.

Recently my vendor perform a server rename and causes i cannot access to the site administrator and also to all my site websites.

 

I have tried the solution from the internet to rename the sharepoint server with the new server name but still cannot work.
