Can we implement Bulk copy functionality on SQL server 2000

Question

Hi ,

Scenario : 1. Main server 2. Multiple local server.

When the systems are offline data will get stored on local system.Once the systems get online we will transfer all the transactions happend during offline period to the Main server.
Here ,MS SQL Server version is 2000.

Please let me know whether we can implement Bulk copy functionality of sql server to do this task.Whether its possible with MS SQL Server 2000.
