Is it possible to develop progressive web app with Blazor?

These day people are talking about the future of web app. so the majority of the progressive web app is more because of look and feel are very native to mobile web browsers. and we getting some more features like push notification.

It's very early days for Blazor. It's still an experimental project and I am not aware of any progressive web apps built with it. One of the main problem at the moment is that the runtime takes
time
to be downloaded on the client and this creates a long delay on first use. I wouldn't use it for now because it's not production ready. Please, I invite you to provide your feedback to the Blazor team.
