can we create App web URL in Sp designer workflow?

Question

here with the help of SP hosted app am sending a mail(using SP designer workflow2010) and in that email i want to provide a link to SP hosted app,so for that purpose i need to either create or access the app URL,so how can i do that?is that feasible?
