can u solve this??
Jul 9 2004 5:21 AM
my database is microsoft access my asp web pages resides in server A... my database resides in server B... the problem is i can't open my database.. it says the application is either opened by someone else or i do not have the permission.. 1) i dun tink is because of the application is open by some one else... 2) I've tried to give permission to ASPNET USER but failed because my database resides in one of the drives in the network and it do not have ASP.NET program, thus it doesn't have APSNET USER. ASPNET USER only resides in my machine. at the same time, i can't install asp.net in the serverB because it's a NT server... 3) i've tried to move my database from serverB to serverA and its works. but sadly, my database gotta be in serverB... can anyone help?
