can not print second or third pages in crystal report from browser

Question

I developed a web application using vs 2008, cr XI and sql server 2000.

When I do click in my web application's "Print Privew" button from the browser after publishing the project, I can see all pages properly, but when I print, only the first page is printing even if i select page from 1 to 5.

the second problem i am facing, navigating from one page to another page, it is taking too much time. is there any way to preview the from the client side instead of server side.
