Can not load local resources

Question

I was working on a solution and I added one folder of videos under my project folder . Now I want to open that video file in my web page but once I am playing that video on chrome it's giving me error message in console that can not load local resources and also it download that video automatically in spite of playing that . 

Also it's working fine on Mozilla but not in chrome . 

 

I am new to this technology , Also I want to know that If I added that video folder under my project folder and it's runniing on http localhost why it's not playing my video . 

 

I tried all the solutions like web server for chrome and also allow file access for chrome but nothing worked for me .

 

Please help me on this with the steps to follow . Thanks in adavance :)
