Can I use JSOM + ajax + angualr in SharePoint Visual WebPart

I am new in sharepoint, can anyone tell me please, can i use Javascript Object Model + Ajax Calls (REST) + Angularjs In sharepoint visual webparts. if yes, then what is a procedure to use them in Visual WebPart In sharepoint.
