Can anyone give me suggestions or advice pls
I have a situation like one of my friend referred me to a company which is a start-up. They just starting the company they told me to come from this Wednesday I do have exp in .net especially in web forms is 1.5 years but here they are using core with Azure. And I have a 2nd round of interview with another company,it's a mid range company. But the problem is with the start-up company they told me upto six months we will unable to provide PF and ESIC upto six months bcus we are starting now they told me like that. if I selected in the interview I will work on same asp webforms but in this new start up they told me they will train us on Azure. Pls guide me should I go for old asp or .net with Azure.

I recommend, try with another company as now a days most of the organizaiton are using cloud and latest microsoft technologies. Your job is not secured on this new start up as they are not stable now. If you want to work with lastest technologies and you need job security , be patient and upgrade your skill on latest technologies and give a try with best IT industries. Don't settle for current situation.
