Can a slave has multiple master; in master-slave replication

Question

We have a web application and we are saving data of multiple clients on one common Cloud server.

Can i use MYSQL master-slave replication in our case? 

Means, for the clients with internet connection problem,  local server will be there at their place. We will make local servers of each client as master and cloud as slave. means, cloud server will be slave for all master servers at clients location. Is it possible??

Or is there any solution for this kind of problem?
