Calling web method in url

Hi,

any one please tell me how we can call a method which is create in web service with two string like method name register(string name,string mobile)

and i am calling it through url

http://localhost:5727/WebSiteAPI/webservice.asmx?name=5&mobile=10

it gives the error

Request format is unrecognized for URL unexpectedly ending in '/register'.

please tell me how we can call web method through URL
