Calling MFC Dll into VC++.NET

Hello,

    I am having a problem in vc++.NET
    I am able to call the Dll generated in MFC to VC++.NET
    But....
    I am not able to pass the parameters and get the return values from the methods written in that dll.
    I think thats because of the CLR Specifications.
    So if any body has any ideas about the same ...
    Please send me the Reply.
