Calendar show visible problem

Question

I used in my web page required validation so when I enter all textbox information and after that when click calendar image open. If we do not fill all required information and then I click  

calendar image the calendar will not show.

I know what problem is raised here requesting problem.

so I want to know how calendar is visible without sending server request when user click button what I do?
