c#: No projects could be opened by mouse ....

Question

No projects could be opened by mouse, only keyboard action. Once mouse over projects to open ; message box shown error " Visual Studio is collecting information of the problem and it will notify you once a solution is available and then another message box showing the same statement with "Debug" and "Close program" buttons.

On clicking close program button Vs2015 closes. 

Also same error once project opened through keyboard.
