C# 2010 New Project screen missing fields

Question

I am using Visual C# 2010 Express with Windows 7 64 bit.

Me C# used to work but suddenly, I am having a difficulty trying to create a new project.

When the New Project screen opens, there are two items missing at the bottom of the screen.

1. The location of where to save the new project.

2. The solution name.

I can create the project but cannot save it to a specific directory.

I reinstalled C# and this did not fix the issue.
