c# .NET SETUP

friends iam creating a setup file for my windows application but iam using this setup file iam getting a error like

Acces to the path 'C:\program Files(*86)\Microsoft\sm_Setup\ErrorLog15-11-2012.xml' is denied..

but while iam running apllication before setup it works properly.

why iam getting this error please help me.
