C# Location Based Services application !

Hi everyone!
I`m about to defend my diploma thesis in CS about LBS application.
I want an idea or an example of an LBS app to illustrate my thesis.
It would be great to have the source code.
If anyone could provide me with any idea or any kind of materials,it would be great!
