c#: Issue while saving data chart

Hi

I am working with datacharts in which I am forming chart between temperature and time. Now I am saving the chart as an image.

The issue is that when I display the chart and then save it, I am getting proper display of time in hh:mm format. However if I save the chart without displaying it, the time is shown as a decimal number.
