C# corner i want justice. You are not following your policy

Hello , My name is ganesh jangam. I published one article on Code Project Site for Step by Step Implementation on , here is screen shot and link

I tried to publish same article on C# corner but they refused because containt is coped from official angular site , even if i am clearly mention in my article that.
One of my friend copied article from Code project and published on C# corner even attached copy code. And C# corner published same article with max file size. Here is published link -

What can you say about it ? I want justice. Please do something about it.
