C Sharp Corner Broken Links

Question

When you click "Edit Profile" from the drop-down menu or attempt to login or register with a social network you get the following error:

 

We have recently made changes to the site and resource you are looking for may have moved. Please try our search by typing your keyword in search at top and click Go. Again, sorry for inconvenience.

 

However, I wasn't looking for a resource. I clicked elements on the site. Doesn't look good for a "programming" site to have such a basic errors let alone an error message that has nothing to do with the above not working.
