C# console app..need multiple copies executing simultaneousl

Question

I have a C# console application that will be called from an IBM Mainframe.  It is possible that multiple requests can occur, one coming before the prior one is finished executing.  So far I have been unable to get the second exe request to run.  New enough that I need help. thanks
