C# building a Document editor that uses xml files
Oct 1 2015 1:26 PM
I want to build an editor like this rich textbox that I can move image frames around and text around on a grid
I would like it to give me x and y values of the objects to help with measuring spacing and such
I need it to then be able to save to an xml file that contains the objects names descriptions and x and y cordinates
and be able to reopen the xml files and edit them when needed
I now have the xml files created and a reader to print out the objects in the x and y coordinates
I just have no object oriented editor for the xml files like a form builder
I have to make something for the end user to edit the forms
so far I have been manually editing the xml files and it has become an on going task that I am sick of doing
Thanks for your help
maybe there is some code out there very close to this or an app that can do this already
I have failed to find anything close enough
If anyone needs more details or screen shots let me know thanks
Donald
