C# asp.net (code behind ) set page to read only

Question

Hi guys,

 

Ive got the following question. Ive got an asp.net page witch uses a controller called. ContractLineController.

 

How can i set the entire page ( or all the controls) to read only on the controller ? ( code behind) does anyone a nice way to do that ?
