C# application not showing to other AD users in laptop

Hi. Here's the scenario.

 

I have created a C# installer, installed on an AD user. Check the option "FOR EVERYONE".

The application works fine if the AD user (the one that installed the application) but when I switched to another AD user on the same laptop. The application doesn't prompt or work. What can I do to troubleshoot?
