C# Application Inquiry
Mar 9 2003 1:28 AM
Hello all. I previously posted a new thread on here but do not think i was very clear as to what i was asking so here is a new post.... I'm developing a application in C# language to which will consist of individual areas of the application. I will have set fees for the application based on which modules the customer wants to purchase for the financial suite. The application will be integrating to SQL Server 7.0/2000 edition. I would like to build the main form and then a deployment project. Then have seperate projects that consist of the following modules: 1. Accounts Payable 2. Accounts Receivable 3. Bank Reconciliation 4. Consolidated Ledger 5. Contact Manager 6. Customer Inventory Manager 7. General Ledger 8. Inventory Control 9. Payroll 10. Price Control 11. Purchase Order 12. Sales Order 13. System Manager 14. Return Merchandise 15. Return to Vendor What I would like to know is it logical to do the application build this way so that when a client orders x number of modules I simply add existing items to the project and then build it in the deployment area of the application? Or should I build different projects based on what the clients may or may not want? If so should I build the individual modules as windows forms or should I build them as what? Thanks for your prompt feedback in this question. David Watson
