C# And Win 7 - Registering as a listener

Question

Hi there,
Big variety of forums so I hope I hit the right one.
I'm working on a project for school and I wanted to know if there is a way to register as a listener to windows so that I send a delegate that will be activated at a certain time and date.
for IE. I want to schedule a post to facebook tomorrow at 2PM, and at that exact time windows will activate that delegate.
