c# and database deployment

Hi guys, this is the third time I will be asking this
question here, but the solutions you provide is
not working.
I want to deploy my window application that
has database to a target computer . Please help
me out. I use the .mdf database.

When I try to install it to the target computer, this is what is complaining of:
unable to install or run the application. The
application requires that assembly
Microsoft.Synchronization Version 1.0.0.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache(GAC) first.
Please guys help me out. I have been trying this for months now.
